Diver Splash-proof Digital Video Recorder is used for underwater surveys in sea or fresh water, and for underwater technical works control. Underwater unit consists of video camera, lamp and umbilical, and performs video signal transmittion to on-board unit, which records video in MPEG-4 format.
Diver Splash-proof Digital Video Recorder is based on DVSDV software, has easy control, both recording and playback modes using AVI files (audio, video) in one of the following formats: DV or MPEG-2 or /MPEG-4.
Control unit, LCD monitor 15", digital audio-video recording system are constructed in waterproof and shockproof plastic rack. Power and umbilical connectors are placed on outer front side of the case.
The camera and the lamp are fixed on special handle (also they could be fixed on diver's helmet).
Underwater unit (camera, light, umbilical) transmits the video signal to on-board unit, which records the video signal in MPEG-4 format.
All cables are equipped with special waterproof caps.
